Q When was the last time you made time for a proper bra fitting?
This is a crucial step in maintaining a healthy lingerie wardrobe, and is particularly important if it has been more than one year, 10 kgs or one pregnancy since your last fitting. It's like getting a routine exam at the doctor – it can be annoying and uncomfortable disrobing in front of a stranger, but it's crucial if you want to feel (and look!) your best.
Most of the women would check their size once a year or some wouldn't even do that relying on the size they know they are. As we discussed before there can be several reason for change in band size leave alone cup size. Ask a roomful of women about the certainty of their bra sizes and you can be sure only a few will be confident and when checked by bra fitters they will have gone a cup bigger or lower depending on their health and age, leave alone the changes in band size which is less than incidental.
