 The first person we profile as part of this series is Mr. Sanjay Dawar, Managing Director of Bodycare Creations Pvt. Ltd. Brand Bodycare had emerged as a result of thought process of Mr. Sanjay Dawar along with his team in the firm M/s. Pawan Hosiery.
The business started from a small room of Bholanath Nagar in Shahadra grew up to the status of Best Brand in the country, known as Brand of the Year in a time span of mere 15 years. And it was declared Brand of the year three times i.e. in the year 2006, 2007 and 2009.
It was the foresightedness of Mr. Sanjay Dawar who initially launched the product through a wholesale market i.e. sadar bazaar in Delhi and with the demand of time gradually withdrew the product from whole sale market and established the Distribution system and got the product placed in entire India at all A and B category of retailers.
This was basically the result of the fire in his belly to be the number one brand in country and a desire to learn more and more through his experiences in market. The knowledge he gained through his experiences was transformed in the market in the form of policies and practices which converted normal innerwear product into the top Brand of country. |
